- Does Premium include my partner?
- Yes. Premium is per household, not per seat. Invite your partner with one email. They join the same plan, no extra cost.
- What if my bank loses connection?
- Connections refresh automatically. PSD2 requires re-authentication every 90 days. We notify you when it is time, and you confirm in your bank app.
- Can I take my data with me?
- Always. Export to CSV anytime, even after cancelling. Your data is yours. Delete the account whenever you want.
- Can I change plans anytime?
- Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Your data is always safe. If you downgrade, premium features become view-only until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
- Is my financial data secure?
- Absolutely. We use the same encryption your bank uses, on our servers and in transit. We never sell or share your data, and you can delete your account and all data at any time.
- How does billing work?
